Chris met with both of us, listened to our ideas, answered our questions, and gave us a complete breakdown of project costs so that we could decide exactly what to have done. Chris is well organized. Our project required coordination of electrical work, heating and cooling, plastering, and flooring with all stages of the project completed quickly and on schedule. Chris took the time to tape off the work area to help eliminate construction dust from the rest of our living spaces. He also cleaned up well and removed all building waste. We love our new open concept room and the new construction blends seamlessly with the old."
