"We began interviewing several general contractors to build our house. Our interview with Scott Puyleart was quite different, though. Scott came to our house when both my wife and I were going to be home – 7 pm. He didn’t rush through anything. As a matter of fact, he was at our house until we had no more questions – which was almost three hours. Scott is very detail oriented and he pointed out some things to us that no other builder had. For this reason, it was an easy decision to hire Puyleart Brothers Construction to build our house. We knew we wanted Puyleart Brothers to build our house even before the bids came in. The building process was very easy for us, something we hadn’t heard many other couples say about their building projects. The Puyleart Brothers Construction crew is very easy to get along with. We had open communication with them throughout the entire building process. There were several times that the house plan called for something do be done that Scott or Shawn thought would be better if done differently. Often times they were right. They would bring suggestions to us and listen to our thoughts, then we would work together to make changes that improved the design of our house. Scott and Shawn were flexible before and during the building process, which made it a wonderful experience for us. As a result of Scott’s willingness to stay in the initial meeting as long as it took to understand what we wanted in our house, the dedication of the Puyleart Brothers crew, and their flexibility during the building process, our house is far better than I could have ever imagined."
